Værelse i Gentofte 2820 på 6 kvm køb i Gentofte

Looking for a tenant for this room in my 4-room apartment in Gentofte. Its placed central, few busstops from central Copenhagen and 1 busstop from DTU. And as a bonus is very close to the beautifull Gentofte lake. Big living room of 18 square metres, well sized kitchen and bathroom recently renovated in 2015. You will have to live with me and another tenant. However, neither of us are home much. My Name is Casper, 26, i am usually only home 1 or 2 full days a week and most evenings and mornings. The other tenant is Liketso, 25, who has an internship in copenhagen and will live here for about a year I have house rules. If i find your application nice, i will invite you to a viewing of the room and apartment where we can get to know each other a bit and you can see the place. I am mostly looking for exchange student or other who have a limited time they will stay. Expenses for heating, electricity, water, toiletpaper, paper towel, handwash soap, dishwashing soap and dishwashing tabs are included in the rent, among af few other lesser utilities.
