Hi there room hunters, Christine and Niels are looking for a new person for our beloved shared flat (180 m2). We offer our largest room of a whooping 35 m2(!) for 12,535 DKK/month (single person) or 13,000 DKK / month (couples, 2 CPRs possible) – incl. utilities such as water, electricity, and heating. The deposit equals two months’ rent, with no pre-paid rent. The room is available from the 1st of May, but flexible on move-in dates. The flat has a large kitchen incl. a dishwasher and all kinds of utensils, a spacious bathroom with floor heating, a washing machine and dryer and a comfy shared living room. The place is for non-smokers and your room will be handed over unfurnished. While the rest of the flat is fully equipped, we’re always open to new input. And if 35m2 is not enough, there is additional storage in the common areas and in the attic. The apartment is located between Kongens Nytorv and Nørreport with all four metro lines close by and just a short walk from Kongens Hav or from the harbour and canals. The place and the building are quite charming and unique; and although it is in the very city centre, it has good soundproofing and lots of sunny windows. We also have access to a private backyard to keep our bikes, and an elevator for accessibility. We prefer long-term commitment and are looking for open-minded and easy-going people, who also take responsibility for keeping the space cosy and tidy. It’s important for us that there is a good vibe and that everyone feels at home. We each have our own sometimes busy schedules and of course respect each other's privacy. But we also enjoy board games, sharing nice meals and music - and occasionally get together to cook or simply get stuck chatting in the kitchen (no fixed schedule for any of that though).
