A room is available in our 3 bedroom apartment from the 1st of May in Østebro. the total rent is 16600 DKK per month shared equally between the 3 flatmates and the deposit is one-month full rent. The room for rent faces a quiet street, receives a lot of sunlight and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and curtains. The common space combines a kitchen with a cooking aisle, dishwasher, a dining table, a couch facing a TV and many plants. The bathroom is spacious, equipped with a washing machine/dryer and has a door to the backstairs which leads to an inner garden/shared space of the house. The location is in a very good area in Østebro close to Trianglen Metro and about 500m from the lakes which can be viewed from the window of the room for rent. Other central areas are also close and easily accessible. A little about your future flatmates: Sara (29) is a Master’s student, and Kata (24) is about to graduate from her studies, we both work on the side as well. We have busy schedules so we like a calm environment at home with shared cooking, and movie nights when we have the time. We are looking for someone chill and nice.
