The room: - The room is spacious (approximately 11 m2) - Bright and luminous with view to the sea - Comes unfurnished The apartment: - The 112 m2 apartment is on the ground floor (right on the canals) - Fully furnished kitchen and living room - Bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a dryer - Storage space in the basements - 2 balconies, one looking on the internal courtyard and one on the the canals The area: - The apartment is located in Teglholmen - 2 minute walk to Netto and Spar - Easy to reach the city center with public transport (bus 7A and new metro line from the summer) - The apartment is right on the canals, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and taking a dip Other practicalities - Move in date 16th of April (can be flexible) - Electricity and WiFi are paid separately each month (electricity ~ 170; WiFi ~ 85) - CPR available About me: My name is Silvia, I'm 26, I'm Italian and I have been living in Denmark for 5 years and I am currently working at Novo Nordisk in Hillerød. In my spare time I enjoy doing yoga/sports, drawing, reading and spending time outside. It’s very important for me to keep a tidy and organised home with positive energy. I am aware that we all live busy lives and it’s nice to come home to a clean and comfortable place. I also enjoy being social, but always respect quiet time and a closed door.
