Looking for someone who needs a place temporary for some months, as I am not planning on having the room rented out permanently. However depends how well we get along :) About you: Ideally between 25-45 years old and female. has a job or steady income. Likes dogs and doesn't mind to help out once in a while with dog sitting. Open to have clear rules around cleaning and basic chores around the house. About the apartment: 112 sqm apartment with high ceilings, large living room with space and a large terrace with bbq and sofas/tables and chairs. The room and apartment is fully furnished, so all you need to bring is your suitcase. There wont be space for your own furniture. Metro at Enghave Brygge is opening in June 2024, and is right next to the apartment. Close access to Netto, Supermarco and Fisketorvet is short walk away. 10 min cycle ride to central station.
