I am renting out a room in my apartment. Even though it is a stone-throw away from Nørreport it is quiet and it has a view of the Ørstedsparken. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a laundry room in the basement. The shared areas are kitchen and bathroom. The room is not furnished, the photos with furniture is to give you an idea of the size and vibe of the room. The area is super nice and you can be on the train platform of Nørreport in less then five minutes after leaving the building. I myself am a creative and independent person, with a freelance lifestyle who works a lot at times and in those periods need my own space to recharge. At times I also go out of town for work. I like the arts, especially film, sports, and sailing. Ideally I am looking for someone who needs a place to stay when they commute during weekdays, and doesn't need to register their cpr adress here. In this case i can lower the price to 5500,- But I am open to others as well.
