If it was not your fault, you will receive your full deposit at the end of the contract either way. Nothing ever broke inside the flat, so I don't expect anything to happen. In addition, the condominium takes care of almost everything (anything from the walls outward, like pipes, etc.). But it is important to have this clear from the start.
